Call for Entries
Iran Mountain Zone (
www.mountainzone.ir) is organizing a mountain
photo exhibition to celebrate International Mountain Day (IMD, December11).
Exhibition will be held at Iranian Artists’ Forum in Tehran
on December 10-15, 2005. Every interested photographer is invited
to submit his/her shots for the show, which is a group exposition
on mountains of Iran.
Themes
Entries should be on one of the following themes exclusively in
the mountainous regions of Iran :
- Mountain Nature
- Living in the Mountains
- Mountain Sports
Exhibition
Exhibition will be held at Iranian Artists’ Forum in Tehran
from December 10-15, 2005. Due to lack of enough space for all of
the entries, the organizing committee will reserve the right to
select the best shots to show up in the exhibition.
Entry Rules
- Submission of entry for the exhibition is open to all interested
photographers
- There is no entrance fee
- Each photographer may submit up to 6 images
- Submitted images may be in the following accepted formats
- Slides
- Colour or black and white prints, minimum 5×7 inches
- Digital images with reasonable resolution to be printed in 12×16 inches
- Each image must be labled with the photographer’s
name and title as well as time and place of the shot
- Each photographer should send his/her full reference
and contact info with the shot(s)
- Entries must be received at P.O.Box 15875-3816, Tehran,
Iran no later than November 12, 2005
- All entries will be returned after the exhibition
